has changed the way it offers the UK Contact Centre Operations and Executive Directories
to major solution providers.

A one-off
payment will entitle you to 12-month unlimited, on-demand access to both the Operations
Directory (11,000 named operational contacts in 3,500 contact centres) and the
Executive Directory (8,000 senior named contacts in 1,200 UK businesses with over 50 contact
centre seats) receiving updates over a 12-month period.
The
former subscription price for unlimited access to both directories and
subsequent updates was £12,000, but we are now offering this to clients for
£3,000.
Each
database is cleansed by telemarketing twice a year to remove gone-aways
and collect new contacts: the Operations Directory was cleaned in March 2008 and the
Executive Directory in February 2008.
You can
request the most recent version of either directory at any time, either in its
entirety, or profiled sections based on location, agent size, job title, etc,
and you will automatically receive the most regular editions of the directories
as soon as they are released.
Over 60%
of contacts come with an e-mail address and you also receive other information
about the contact centre (such as size, phone system, inbound/outbound split,
use of specific technologies, etc).
Annual
subscribers can use
the data as many times as they like, over the 12-month usage period. The data can also
be used across separate departments within your business, further enhancing the
ROI.
