Built upon primary research with over 200 directors and managers in some of the UK's leading contact centre operations, the UK Contact Centre Operational Review contains the most up-to-date and largest survey of contact centres' performance metrics, operational practices, strategy, salary and attrition data and technology usage.

Now in its 6th year of publication, we have made the questionnaire quicker and easier to complete by asking more opinion-based questions than in previous years, which will allow us to understand the thoughts and issues driving the industry. The value of the Amazon gift voucher provided to each respondent has been increased to £25, and we will of course continue to provide the entire report free of charge to respondents (the report will be sold for £250 to non-participants).

If you have multiple contact centres, please consider submitting a completed questionnaire for each site. There’s a report and Amazon gift voucher for each submission.
